Experientia is at the forefront of sustainable behavioral and strategy design. We use behavioral design in our work with private and public organizations to create and improve services that align better for customers, employees and society, and to support the development of more customer-centered sustainable business strategies.

We use qualitative research and behavioral design to develop an in-depth understanding of people’s behaviors, actions, pain points and aspirations in a given context to identify key decision-making moments.

We translate this insight into sustainable service solutions and business strategies that improve the way people engage with products and services, increasing their sense of competence and having a positive effect on their decisions and lives.
