Northeastern Anthropological Association

The Northeastern Anthropological Association (NEAA) is a regional association from Northeastern North America, including the northeastern United States and Canada, which welcomes students and scholars of anthropology of any age with a passion for the study of human beings, which is what anthropology is – the study of humans in its broadest sense. This includes all four subfields of anthropology: cultural anthropology, linguistic anthropology, biological anthropology, and archaeology. As scholars of anthropology, we love our discipline, and we think that an anthropology toolkit is valuable in many walks of life.
